Ethos Performance & Croix Attack are proud to partner for another season of performance training for
their athletes. This is year two of this partnership and we are looking to build on the solid foundation
that was built last year. The goals of our training program are as follows:

o Injury Prevention
o Improve first step quickness
o Greater hitting power
o Increase vertical jump
o Build a strong foundation for future training and athletic pursuits

Thank you to the following players for working the July 8 Meat Raffle Fundraiser at Big Guys BBQ - Carly Brown, Alli Hauser, Marah Roloff, Della Dreher, Cora Dreher, Avi Torgerson, Greta Huth, Kendall Hoeke, Leah Coleman, Addie Kumlien, Jadyn Kumlien and Ava Blomquist.    The girls sales efforts earned the Club $713!  Thank you again to the players that volunteered, the families that attended the raffle and Big Guys BBQ!
